2. What we collect
The Absolute Padel website currently collects the following personal data:
- Contact form: first name, last name, email address, subject selection and your message.
- Register-interest form: email address only.
The website does not currently collect phone numbers, date of birth, payment details or account login details.

We collect personal data when you complete the contact form or submit your email through the register-interest form.
We also collect limited technical and usage information through essential website functionality and Vercel Analytics.
4. How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form;
- manage register-interest sign-ups and future mailing activity;
- store and organise contact and enquiry information in our CRM;
- support website operations, performance and analytics;
- send relevant Absolute Padel updates where you have signed up to receive them or where we are otherwise permitted to do so under applicable law.

- Zapier - automation used to route website form submissions into HubSpot.
- Skool - third-party academy platform. When users click through and sign up on Skool, Skool handles its own account, payment and platform data collection under its own terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell your personal data.
7. Marketing
If you sign up through our register-interest form, we may send you email updates about the academy, launches, content and related Absolute Padel news.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
We will only send marketing communications where we are permitted to do so under applicable law.
8. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses essential cookies and a limited analytics tool through Vercel Analytics. The website does not currently use advertising or marketing cookies.
