Terms of Use
Last updated: April 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms of Use apply to Absolute Padel's website, online academy, digital coaching content, community features and related subscription services. They do not apply to physical sites, venue bookings or in-person coaching.
Legal entity: Absolute Padel Ltd
Company number: 15989985
Registered office: 22 Unit, Woodside Business Park, Birkenhead, United Kingdom, CH41 1EL

2. Acceptance of these terms
By using our website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing the academy or using any related digital services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the academy or related services.
3. Our service
Absolute Padel provides digital coaching content, educational resources and community access designed to help members improve their padel performance.
The academy is delivered through Skool, which acts as our third-party platform provider. Members may therefore also be subject to Skool's own platform terms and privacy practices.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership unless you are doing so with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential.
You must not share your login, allow unauthorised access to your membership, copy or redistribute paid content, or use the platform in any unlawful, abusive or improper way.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been misuse of the platform or a breach of these Terms.
6. Membership and billing
Membership fees, billing frequency and renewal terms will be shown at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, memberships renew automatically until cancelled.
As the academy is hosted on Skool, members should manage their membership and payment details through Skool where applicable.
7. Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription through their Skool account settings or by contacting Absolute Padel support.
To avoid the next renewal being processed, cancellation should be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
If a membership is cancelled, access will normally continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless stated otherwise.
8. Refunds
Refunds are not automatic and will only be considered where required by law, where there has been a duplicate payment, an incorrect charge, or a confirmed technical issue that has materially prevented access to the service.
A decision not to continue with the membership, or a subjective view on progress or results, will not in itself create a right to a refund.
9. Health and training disclaimer
All training, exercise, drills, movement and padel-related activity undertaken using our content is done at your own risk.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit and physically able to take part in any activity shown, discussed or recommended through the academy.
Our content is general coaching and educational content only. It is not medical advice, physiotherapy advice, diagnosis or treatment.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to that, Absolute Padel will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, business interruption, or loss arising from your use of the academy, your participation in any training activity, or your failure to seek appropriate medical or professional advice.
11. Content and intellectual property
All videos, coaching materials, downloads, text, graphics, branding and academy content remain the property of Absolute Padel or its licensors.
Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and must not be copied, recorded, republished or redistributed without written permission.
12. Community standards
If you use any comments area, member group, live session or community feature, you must also comply with the Absolute Padel Code of Conduct.
We may remove content, restrict access or terminate a membership where a member breaches those standards.
13. Changes, suspension and termination
We may update or improve the academy from time to time and may suspend or withdraw access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, operational reasons or breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
